- Engage strategic and working level teams at all levels, across all Divisions and a workforce of 44,000 employees, with the new process of Value Planning, in lieu of old style Business Planning.
- Support the implementation of new top down and bottom up ways of working, supporting culture change and behavioural shifts, when directly aligned to performance and results delivery.
- Designing and implementing new performance management processes and protocols, for consistent and high quality application.
