Nick has a passion for helping people through change and uses many different tools and techniques, besides his NLP Master Practitioner and Mastery University qualifications. He is also a serial entrepreneur, having been self employed, since 1996, working with multi-sector, blue chip and SME clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East and Australia.

How is Nick able to handle your needs?
Nick is a serial entrepreneur, change facilitator, leadership coach and transformation consultant, having set up and managed his own successful training, coaching and business change consulting businesses in the UK since 1995.
He has supported small, medium and large multi-national companies in both design and implementation of various business change programmes, from individual/team/company levels through to industry wide change impacts.
Nick started as an apprentice on the shop floor with British Aerospace plc Regional Aircraft Group and progressed through apprenticeship and sponsored degree, to become a project manager and team leader specialising in multi-disciplinary teamwork, product change management and problem solving.
This evolved into becoming an internal change agent, process improvement consultant, executive coach, trainer, team facilitator and roving troubleshooter across Divisions of the British Aerospace company, then circa 55,000 employees.
With his business process approach, he worked within and across organisational departments as well as working alongside strategic partners (1st tier supply chain) and supplier companies, on joint improvement programmes.
Subsequently leaving BAE after 17 years service, Nick has worked as a freelance business change consultant, trainer and leadership coach, with significant experience in diverse industry sectors including commercial aerospace, defence, engineering, leisure and hospitality, pharmaceuticals, software development, construction and automotive sectors, as well as business school and university academia.
Throughout his professional career, Nick has pioneered innovation and creativity with many product, service and business process designs, winning international awards, shifting old paradigms and changing whole industry/business sector practices for the better.
